Four traits. Non-negotiable.

Discipline labels (engineer, designer, ops) matter less than whether you can architect, prompt, and own a problem from 'should exist' to live and converting. The four traits below are how we filter, at every stage.

Systems thinking

Decompose vague goals into shippable surface area. Domain expertise without this produces clunky tools.

Prompting fluency

Reach for AI as the default execution layer, not occasionally. The work expects it.

Taste

Have opinions on what's good, what to cut, what to leave out. Defend them.

Resilience + curiosity

Keep shipping when the path isn't obvious. The interesting problems don't come pre-decomposed.
